Join a magical journey to the North Pole with Santa’s elves at the helm of the Wundr lift. Follow Elf Conductor Noel’s instructions as Captain Pinecone whisks you through the clouds. Expect twinkling lights, jolly surprises and plenty of Christmas cheer.

Explore the enchanted Christmas forest

Step through the magical Wundr Door and into a snow-dusted wonderland. Wander past the sparkling Wishing Well, try your hand at snowballing and discover the Elves’ Workshop, where playful surprises await around every corner.

Become a trainee elf inside Santa’s workshop

Join master builder Elf Jock McChisel and apprentice Holly for hands-on activities with a sprinkle of North Pole magic. Watch the toy-making unfold and get prepped for your shift at the Toy Sorting Station.

Go to the North Pole post office and snap a photo with Santa

Finish your festive adventure with a group photo with Santa.

Once you’ve picked up your free photo, don’t forget to claim the complimentary Santa letter and Elf Mail envelope. Scan the QR code on the envelope before you post it in the Elf Mailbox to receive updates from your delivery elf as your letter makes its way to the North Pole.

How to get there:

• Train – The closest station is London Bridge (use the Borough Market exit - 2 minute walk). Borough (Northern line) and Southwark (Jubilee line) stations are a 7-minute walk away.
• Bus – Several bus lines stop at The Hop Exchange (344, 381, N343 and N381).
• Cycling – Hire a Santander bike and head to Park Street where you will find a docking station. There are also 64 bicycle spaces available at Borough Yards, with bike parking pays around Borough market.
