About
Shop for a distinctive, handmade umbrella from James Smith & Sons.
The company has been making umbrellas since 1830 and famous past customers include former Prime Minister, William Gladstone and British statesman, Lord Curzon.
Some umbrella handles are topped with quirky animals such as crocodiles and lions, and there’s even one sporting Sherlock Holmes' head, complete with pipe and deerstalker hat.
Alongside the umbrellas, there are also walking sticks in a range of designs from plain to floral as well as seatsticks to perch upon.
