Celebrate the vibrancy of Jewish life in Britain at the Jewish Museum in north London.
The museum showcases a dynamic programme of events and exhibitions designed to engage all audiences. There are four permanent galleries exploring this rich and varied culture, including an evocative recreation of an East End London street and tailor’s workshop.
Don’t miss one of the museum’s oldest objects, a bath used for ritual cleansing in Judaism called a mikveh. Dating from the 13th century, the mikveh was discovered in the basement of a house in the City of London.
