Venture through the seemingly ordinary old door and discover the Experimental Cocktail Club, an atmospheric 1920s-style cocktail bar set within an old townhouse in the middle of Chinatown.
Choose from signature tipples and classic cocktails, such as a smashed olive martini or old Cuban, a rum-based recipe mixed with champagne. There’s also a selection of vintage spirits from the 1950s to the 1980s.
Experimental’s expert mixologists are on hand to help you select your perfect drink.

Monday to Wednesday: 6pm to 2am, Thursday to Saturday: 6pm tp 3am, Sunday: 6pm to 12am
