Find peace and tranquility in this beautiful botanical garden that was founded by the worshipful Society of Apothecaries in 1673, making it the second oldest of its kind in England.

Within the three and a half acres of this charming English garden, you’ll find one of the oldest rock gardens in Europe, a herb garden with culinary and medicinal plants, botanical order beds, glasshouses, rare plants and tender species; as well as the largest outdoor olive tree in Britain.
How much are tickets to the Chelsea Physic Garden?
Tickets to the Chelsea Physic Garden cost £10 for adults and £6.50 for Students and Young People (ages 5-21) with concession and family tickets also available.

What events are at the Chelsea Physic Garden?
This special venue hosts many seasonal events, talks and workshops throughout the year.
Fun family events have included Painting with Plants and Kids Lab: Hairy Flowers and Fuzzy Plants. While adults can learn all about the medicinal value of plants at a Living Medicine workshop, covering everything from coughs and colds to improving your sleep.

Chelsea Physic Garden does not offer a concession ticket for over 65s.

Sunday-Friday: 11am-5pm (last entry 4.30pm)
Saturday: Closed
Friends of Chelsea Physic Garden are welcome to enter the Garden from 10am, an hour before visitors.
